How is this non-alcoholic Sparkling Chardonnay made?
An alcohol-removed Chardonnay wine from 100% Spanish grapes. This sparkling white wine is made the exact same way as its alcoholic counterpart except for the last and most important step. Our Chardonnay wine is dealcoholized at a state-of-the-art facility which removes the alcohol while keeping the amazing wine aromas and flavors you would expect from a quality Chardonnay wine. This process brings our Sparkling Chardonnay wine down to less than 0.5% alcohol by volume, the same amount you’d find in a ripe banana or bread!
